Photocopy of the first two pages of Brest-Litovsk Peace Treaty between Soviet Russia and Germany, Austria-Hungary, Bulgaria and Turkey, March 1918. This photo was made in Germany over 50 years before and was published many times before 1994 in Poland. Public documents (treaties, agreements and so on) are not the subject of copyright under Polish law at all.
